Terms of Service – Samanga Build Team
The Terms of Service if you wish to hire us for a private project (exclusive):

1. As the client, you understand that you are hiring Samanga Build Team for a service. You are not purchasing the build in itself, but rather paying for the work of the production.
2. You understand that you will be required to pay a 50% upfront down payment if requested.
3. You understand that if you, as the client, choose to abandon the project during the middle of development, you will not be refunded your deposits.
4. You understand that you do not own creative rights to this build, you cannot claim the build as your own work. Proper credits must be given to Samanga Build Team if necessary.
5. You understand that payment for a project can only be paid via PayPal if nothing else have been stated.
6. You are not allowed perform a chargeback any money you have paid us. The result will be termination of all services and usage right, as well as a report on paypal.com.
7. We do not offer refunds on builds.
8. I have read and understood the terms listed above. I agree with the conditions set by Samanga Build Team.

The Terms of Service of the Samanga Build Team store (non-exclusive):

1. Products may not be redistributed or resold in any way.
2. You understand this is a non-exclusive build.
3. We do not offer a refund on a purchase(s).
4. You are not allowed perform a chargeback any money you have paid us. The result will be termination of all services and usage right, as well as a report on paypal.com.
5. I have read and understood the terms listed above. I agree with the conditions set by Samanga Build Team.
